Life can be challenging at times and it is not always easy to know where or how to begin to make the changes that you would like, whether that is to your health, your job, your relationship(s) or any other aspect of your life.

I have been working as a Creative Kinesiologist in Stratford upon Avon for over five years. Clients come to see me from all around this area and as far afield as Derbyshire, Stourbridge and Cheltenham.
I also teach the 'LifeTracking' series of workshops, a fresh and dynamic approach to personal growth.
My background is in nursing but it was my personal experience of Kinesiology that inspired a career change and I went on to gain qualifications in Touch for Health kinesiology, Creative Kinesiology (The Way of The Tracker and Perceptual Bodywork) counselling, nutrition, health and fitness, reiki and reflexology. I am committed to my own personal growth and continuing development as a therapist and a healer and I am presently training with the school of 'Emotional Therapy'.
